Hassan Isn't doing anything right now and is a project at best. Not saying a deal is imminent but opening spots give you flexibility and PP is a lotto pick while Whiteside is a 2nd round pick so that I am sure that is a trade they would consider. Any trade involving Cousins will probably involve a 1st rd pick either this or next year.
No! Its apparent now its not Brooks. its Martin in the lineup. We need a guard who can guard people next to Brooks. Martin cannot contribute to wins like Brooks can.
Very well, then. But the wink face is more appropriate when you are either making a joke (which this was not) or cleverly refuting a prior statement (which you did not). The whole Batum thing was just out of place and wrong. (Sorry. I'm frustrated with the losing and do not also want to deal with people second-guessing Morey any more than they need to, especially when the second-guessing isn't even based on fact.)
Strike while the Rookie is a cancer! Cousins can be had and This group of vets can show him the way! Hill and AB for Cousins.
You don't give up a 20 ppg playmaker like AB for an unknown like Cousins, sorry. Kings would need to give up more.
What good is a 20ppg scorer when your team is heading to the lotto AGAIN and that same guy has obvious limitations? AB and Hill for Cousins would be a STEAL but would also mark the beginning of the rebuilding process. I think you'll need to give up a 1st rd pick with AB and another player to make it happen, I'd prefer to lose one of the 2012 picks and not next years.
We need size in the post and AB is expecting a payday after this year. Fair deal. Hill will help them but why not take Landry back with our trade exemption?
Because you can get Landry back for free after this year...no need to give up anything for an unrestricted free agent. And Brooks will be paid, you know why? Because he deserves it, and if you have not figured that out based upon the putrid play lately of the team then you are missing the boat. Brooks is very important to this team, the most important player.....and has a unique skillset. DD
I would trade Aaron for the right player, none of what anyone has mentioned is that player. You trade to upgrade, not make a lateral move and be fearful of paying your best players. The GOOD teams pay their good players they don't look to trade them because they are afraid of paying them. Hell, it is not our money anyway... DD
Landry would mostly be for backup PF play to finish the season. AB? We have more wins without AB than with him..... Putrid play? We beat the Thunder on the first night of a Back to back? I'd say Lowry is working out nicely and AB will work out better in Sac where they can afford to pay him next year. This team is heading towards extreme rebuilding. Time to load up on cheap Young talent and commit to undersized players.
Don't need one for this season. That is funny, we were in games against good teams with AB, this is just laugh out loud silly.. With our team hitting 60% of our 3pt attempts and Shane going off, how often can you count on that?.... They suck right now.....losing to crappy teams now instead of just to the good ones. Lowry has been average at best at running the offense, he is great in transition but lousy in half court and all this time has shown is that he is NOT starters material and his defense is vastly overated as he gets lit up by the likes of Barrera.... Thank GOD we have Morey and Adelman in charge, they certainly get it as often as Morey talks in twitter about how we struggle in half court without Yao and AB....too bad some folks on here don't understand that EXTREMELY important point. DD
AB? We have more wins without AB than with him..... - - all time? Or this season when he left the floor early??? Putrid play? We beat the Thunder on the first night of a Back to back? - - who was on the 2nd nite of a B2B. BTW - how well did it work out last nite w/the sneaker on the other foot? I'd say Lowry is working out nicely and AB will work out better in Sac where they can afford to pay him next year. Lowry should be doing well, and the better health/conditioning he achieves the more nicely he will work out; hmm, Sactown, w/near bankrupt ownership and no new arena on the horizon, can afford to pay Brooks next year?
