Lol yeah I was able to read that on my own. Just hoping that some sneakerhead might know. Just wondering
It's so hilarious that people are #1 b****ing about media attention when the same people b**** about the lack of media attention and #2 b**** about Lin being on the cover of GQ and that he needs to back it up...you act like he requested to be on GQ and is letting the fame get to his head, the kid is as humble as Yao, get a freakin clue. Aren't we all fans of the Rockets first and foremost? Isn't Jeremy Lin a Rocket? Let's give him some support before trying to tear him down. Frankly, it just demonstrates that those people are deprived, attention seeking people that when they get a sniff of success they're quick to tear it down.
Actually, Lin turned down almost all the interview requests and late night show invites during the Linsanity, incl. GQ. So he's paying back some of the "debts" during the off season. (He did this interview and photo shoot in September.) Although I'm also hoping he can cut down some outside commitment, but remember, the Rockets now lean on him for most of the PR. So it's not like he's doing it purely promoting himself. He has obligations to both his team and his sponsors to make himself visible.
That is lovely. I wish your daughter the best health. How did she get the surgery if you don't mind me asking.

I get the feeling they're doing this to make athletes look foolish, or do they dress other celebrities/cover models just as homosexually?
The GQ story is making around, even the UK's Daily Mail: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...sation-says-anti-Asian-racism-basketball.html UK newspapers seem to like covering Lin.
A fan of Lin & the Rockets read her story here on Clutchfans and ordered it to send to us. He emailed me for our address, and it was sent.
