    I mean on most days Chinese fans will treat Yao like a hero. They're Jackie Robinson.

    Other fans are tired of the blind support and the broken english, so they'll react in a disparaging way.

    seems natural to me. What can be done? I don't see anything.

    The only way would be for somebody to make a board as good as this one only about Yao then the so called YOF can go there. But that's not possible because this board is really good.

    YOF would'nt care if yao pl;ayed great and rockets lost. as long as yao played great, thats all it matters. real rocket fans want to see the rockets win, even if yao struggles!.

    I used to be a big Rox fan, then i became one of those BOF, Boki only fans, and now little by little i think im becoming a Rockets fan again. It takes time to adjust but i'll be O.K. nothing to worry about you can be a fan of a player or a team fan, there is nothing wrong with that IMO.
