    What did I edit?

And yeah, how silly of me to believe that there are people out there who want Senator Obama (show some respect for once), it's not like this just happened a mere 40 days or so ago.

My school reports used to say that all the time - aussie rocket (not real name...) doesn't have very good comprehension....

I didn't care about that, I didn't even know what it meant.

I think the McCain's campaign's rhetoric is pretty low and that of his supporters but I'm not going to take this as being a sign of a potential threat to Obama's safety.

To be fair over the last eight years I've heard a lot of people saying "Bush is a terrorist" In fact that was one of the most popular chants during the RNC protests. I've heard people mention all sorts of stuff that should be done to Bush and Cheney, yet to the best of my knowledge there hasn't been any credible threats on them.

As we all know politics is passionate and things get overheated and so while yes this is pretty low I'm not going to take this as more than ugly campaigning and overheated supporters.

Eh, I never cared what "apathy" or "indifference" meant either. ;)

Blame Palin for the poor use of two pronouns without clearly stating what the antecedent was. If it was going to be obvious, she wouldn't have used "he."

And that's just semantics, we'll never know who the comment was aimed at. What bothers me is that in that McCain clip, he literally carried on after hearing some of the things the crowd was calling Obama and said the Dems use a "barrage of insults?" Really, McCain, really?

I think you drank some of he haterade too. I was a McCain supporter (until Palin got exposed for what she is) and I don't hate Obama. He's very charismatic and I would probably very much like to be his friend if I ever had the chance in real life.

He's just sort of liberal for me. That's it. A difference of opinion. It IS possible to NOT support Obama and NOT be a racist who wishes he was dead.

If you pause at 14, he frowns after he hears it. Then at 19 seconds, McCain has a shocked WTF!?! look on his face after the terrorist slur registered.

Will the real McCain please stand up?

On second thought, the WTF look could be his reaction to people clapping at the terrorist slur.

    How to stop Obama?

Killing him won't work. It'll actually guarantee a victory for the Democrats. Hello President Biden.

Killing McCain, on the other hand, has a chance of working. Killing Palin might also do the trick as a campaign game changer.

I'm thinking this too, and not really overreacting. That said, I do think they've "crossed the line", so to speak. This is on a whole new level from the Bush days, with the Swift Boat stuff and black babies.

Would that be the line of succession? Or would it be Hilary? I don't remember such a thing - a candidate having to withdraw after party nomination - happening for a presidential election before, has it?

If McCain heard it and was "shocked by it", he should have condemned the comment right there. He says we should be above all this; there was his chance to prove it. That would have been the end of it. He didn't...

    EPIC FAIL!

Many folks refer to Senators McCain and Obama by simply their last name. In additon, Senator Obama, quite often, refers to President Bush as George Bush.

I was obviously referring to the poster calling Obama "B.O.".

But the time you took compiling that list may have been better spent actually defending McCain (assuming you're voting for him).
