He's a mid 30's volume-3 point shooter....i.e. what Rafer did for the Rockets in certain years.

Because he's inconsistently average. Carlos "Air Ball" Delfino.

because he spent most of his career being a role player on sorry teams. that's why he did not get a better deal.

Because he's a scrub. We need someone like Novak.

...for a second round pick swap that allowed the Rockets to draft Chandler Parsons.

    I'm good with that.

    :p

The Rockets need to somehow swap Delfino for Dunleavy

Courtney was on ONE sorry team. Started out on a contender then came to Houston where we were .500.

You never heard of Delfino? He was torching Team USA when they'd play Argentina this summer.

Now that we have over 10 game sample, does the "Delfino's not really worth more because he's streaky" carry weight now? Again, it seems he's a really solid role player you'd think would at least get a multi-year offer. Instead gets gets $3mil guaranteed and a team option. He's like a more expensive version of your typical Rockets UFA/2nd round picks.

    It's Ginobili's sausage. :p

He was pretty streaky before the food poisoning. Of the 5 games after that, he only had one bad game and was on fire in the other ones.

I honestly hope that he can keep up for more than a few games. I'll be happy to eat crow if he does.

Delfino is a stud when he plays outside of the NBA. I saw him play some Euro ball and he was a baller.
