She was written out in season 2. She is supposedly in hiding somewhere where she cannot be found. It would not surprise me if she turns back up being forced to work for the hunter.
MAJOR SPOILER regarding Molly: Spoiler I read in a recent Q&A with Tim Kring that Molly got her powers taken away by Papa Petrelli in a deleted scene. That was how he was able to find Hiro and Claire in the past.
It will be in the dvd, but I agree it makes me mad.. cause I want to see more of Molly and Micah both.

I think that was Parkman's dad. He had the ability to get into peoples heads and when Molly saw him, he could see her back.
It's better not to think too much about the plot, just watch the cool powers these guys have....... ..........the show requires a major reboot.
I was having higher hopes for the show, but if they continue with sylers sidekick and have clairs flying boyfriend .... errr underwater breathing friend, and bring back papa petrelli along with peters super powers, this show is dead. This is the stuff that sent the show south in the first place.

This one had family problems in the bennet household. Claire has a new boyfriend. Hiro is using the word "destiny" like he just learned the word and it's getting annoying. Sylar and his new sidekick are getting cuddly.....what a crock of llama **** . One more....one more episode and then this show can stop sucking.....I hope
Season 1 was such a success that it left audiences like us wanting more. I remember at the end of season 1 that the original plan was to start season 2 with a complete new story and a new cast, but so many people were against it that they changed the plan. Creator knew best, I guess. It's still an entertaining and high-quality show to me, but it never really recovered the magic of season 1. The sooner we can give Heroes lower expectation, the sooner we can stop being disappointed and start enjoying the show and the story again. Though Sylar Jr. is pretty annoying.
I am gonna give this show 1 more episode before giving up on it. Season 1 was sooo good, and I know I am in the minority, but I even enjoyed season 2 quite a bit, but this whole season 3/4 (whatever they want to call it) is just stupid

Half way thru the episode and all I have to say is...THIS IS BORING....I'm forcing myself to keep watching. The whole episode looks off...I hate the black n white...Matt Parkman is getting on my nerves...I don't know what the hell they are doing with this show. The episodes keep going backwards rather than forward. Hopefully the next 20 minutes will be better, but I highly doubt it.
I'm with you guys, this episode was boring. Even when the panned out to the picture on the floor I was like "meh, this thing happened in Season 1". LOST is so much better than this...
OK finished the episode and it was pure garbage. Matt Parkman looks like he is trying way too hard. There was no action in this episode and basically told us everything most of us were probably already assuming. You can tell the show is trying hard to reset itself but to me it just seems worse...like they are trying too hard to reset itself.
