    Sadly, this could be the traumatic event that launches him into the Type 2 category, alongside other hate mongers such as GladiatorRowdy. I should tap the brakes before he cracks. I'd like to keep him in Type 3 if there's still time.

    Any theories on why Muslims on this board are so predominantly anti-guns? I generally find the Gun Control to be those never exposed to guns, but on here the correlation seems to be quite significant.

    I'm speaking at length, because you clearly don't understand the subject. If you find long paragraphs to be daunting then I can't assume that you've read anything of value on the topic. It's clear that you don't even bother to read articles you post as "evidence" supporting your side of the issue.

    Tell me what President you have supported over the past century, and I will give you some empty promises they made to get elected. Previous, or currently running for the position. If your only problem was that he didn't do what he said, then what makes his BS any different than theirs?

    I'm still trying to find out what it is about Obama that leaves you unable to even address another politician. Something is making him stand out in your mind. "Dominate your thoughts," as you so eloquently put it. The natural assumption is racism, but I'm giving you a chance to tell us why that isn't the case.

    Another attempt to detract attention on the topic at hand. Let me know what generalities you have issue with, and I would be more than happy to go into further detail.

    I'm not even a liberal for christ sake. The gaps in your logic are just too large for me to easily ignore.

    Batman is a 1-2-3 hat-trick. Pure rage, all party line, and arguments littered with false information or just personal stories. He might have had actual debates before I joined to be fair.

    Unfortunately, politics dictates that people be pigeonholed into tight little categories. There is no nuance.

    Kudos for being part of the problem instead of the solution, you a microcosm of everything that is wrong with the American political system. But you win anonymous "points" on an internet message board, so you have that going for you. Wow.

    Spot on with the ego comment. Ego, especially in todays world, is a theif. It robs people of the ability to accept universal reality, by affirming the individuals reality for them. Opinions become facts in their own minds.

    Ego "attempts to mediate between id and reality, it is often obliged to cloak the unconscious commands of the id with its own preconscious rationalizations, to conceal the id's conflicts with reality, to profess ... to be taking notice of reality even when the id has remained rigid and unyielding."

    Freud got a lot of things wrong, but that is spot on. An inflated sense of self worth creates barriers that don't allow you to accept reality. An uncanny description of BigTexx.
