Eddie Griffen: Elden Campbell or Jermain O'neal?

    ok, i thought that's what you meant to say. just that it wasn't really noticeable via stats. I actually believe he instantly became a contributor under Bird (but not as a starter), so I agree it was a coaching change.

    Geez, I feel like I could make so much money if I could place a bet with y'all on Eddie's future.

    Elden Campbell has had a reasonably good career. In 98-99, he averaged about 15/10 with 2 blocks per game, and he had about five solid years with the Lakers before that.

    We should be psyched if Eddie reaches such a plateau, even briefly. Seriously. I hope to high heaven we trade him this summer while he still has that "potential" label.
