Draft a franchise QB... Also their first 2 picks last year are looking amazing.. We get it you hate the FO.
Just ask for our 2nd rounder next year back, and maybe a 6th. Although I'm sure Cleveland is downright scared to trade with us anymore.
Sure we drafted a franchise qb (after spending multiple assets on failed attempts) and now our ol and secondary is a joke. Yeah we have some good players, that's true of every team even Cleveland. Not exactly sure how people can be happy with this fo. We have examples of 2 good fos in this city. It's unacceptable
We have the best offense in the league right now. And our defense was number 1 last season. We lost 2 of our best defenders and had a cry baby tackle want to leave. Pretty much none of that is the FO fault. And if BOB has shown anything its that all we needed was a QB. Can you imagine if we had Watson last season? But instead you just count the failed qb attempts. cool.
Hate to see him go because I he was such a staple during the good times but the relationship had to end and it doesn't hurt the texans got a decent return for him.
Every team has injuries. We could have resigned Bouye. Last year good D bad O, now good O bad D. Not sure how any of that is a good defense of the FO, it shows they can't put it together in my opinion. #1 offense and still 3-4.
Whitney and JJ injuries are nothing to scoff at. If anything Mercilus' injury hurts more than Watt's.
Come on man, it gives us more assets that we can trade or worst case we get another 2nd round talent in 2019. Could allow us to move up in next year's draft, etc. You never know what will happen but it gives us more picks to play with which is always a good thing. Brown will get hurt in 2 games anyway.
A second and fifth round pick is a great haul for Duane Brown given our circumstances. Happy with the trade -- wish him well, he worked his ass off to help our team win for several years.
Ah, so you are saying that Duane Brown is legitimately too stupid to understand how idioms work. Fair enough, he is a college drop out with a certain level of brain damage and a history of PED use, so I could see how he could struggle to do what most children are capable of.
Just has what? A few years back they were a SB team on the strength of their defense and their running game and they've let both of those things go to hell and are getting worse every season it seems.
Actually the Browns have too many pick this year so ya I'm giving them a call. They have 5 picks in the 1st/2nd round in 2018, 13 picks overall. No way they can keep them all this year.
