    wasn't it just a salary dump because we paid Toronto a whole bunch of money to cover the rest of his contract

    Yes, it was. That pick was the least valuable "consideration" that Toronto had available to convey in order for the trade to be consummated.

    Who knew then that the Clippers would be THIS good?
