The way Yao played today, it looked to me like he was trying to send a message. It sort of made me think there's something to this.
You said Yao is the LAST person who has any right to want Tmac traded. And if he's the last person, then I'm going to infer that other players on the team have more right. (unless, of course, the other players aren't people)
If Tmac has been that much of an ARSE in the locker room, all the while sunning himself and not doing any rehab, then he should STFU....and play ball. I don't blame Yao at all if what Doc says is true... DD
+1 This kinda thing isn't even in Yao's nature. I don't see how any fan of this team could believe this.........
just saw on channel 13 news, they had a crew in the locker room and asked yao about the rumor he wasnt on speaking terms with him, he said him and tmac are still very close, and they will do a follow up story on tomorrows news cast
I believe Doc that Tmac has been a weiner and Yao probably is frustrated with him and it leaded out. But, I think that it can be repaired.....TMac would make the team better if motivated. But anyone watching how hard the team played tonight has to know that the team was sending both Artest and Tmac a message. DD
holy $h!t POTY!! evokes my sentiments completely and does it so much better than i ever could. sit down RocketsMac, you got owned.
so yao wants tmac out? after what tmac's done with the team and covering for yao's flaws for the last 4 yrs? because tmac missing rehab or asking timeout 1/3rd into the season? or tmac pointing out what every poster here asks yao to do every game (impose himself, dunk the ball, get the rebound)? wow. what a teammate. i dont know about you guys but i call that backstabbing. if i were tracy id ask for a trade to phoenix already so he can play with shaq. im starting to hate this organization.
I'm going to believe Doc Rocket, because everything he says makes sense. I can totally see McGrady talking down to Yao. He still thinks of Yao and the rest of the players as "his guys", but he doesn't realize that with him missing every other game and not really showing up in half of the games he actually does play he's lost his credibility as a leader. It looks to me like that rumor out of New York about T-Mac calling out Yao was legit.
Okay I'm becoming on of "those" posters.. (what's happened to me?). But "I said" in another thread McGrady comes across as the guy that will tell his family and friends that work (practice) was "hard" today, talk all about how his now boss (coach) isnt doing things right, he's tired of people taking credit for things he's doing (those 3's you Battier make from the corner: I Did That) and then make up an excuse why he doesnt want to show up to "that place" tomorrow, and crash out on the couch watching Netflix movies his wife rented the the other day...
RocketsMac This is for you dude. I know you dislike (jealousy) me, but my Rockets fan-dom is true and occasionally I talk to Horry, Duncan, Walton, Drexler etc. But Doc Rocket that guy is James Bond.
