T-mac is annoying - I'll admit that. He's not a leader, and he shouldn't try to think he is one anymore. He's a great SG when he is healthy...period. NOthing more nothing less. His mental issues are simple bizaare. I don't think anyone can describe or make sense of what goes on in his head...and we thought Artest was the head case. But I think with T-mac - you have to manage him like a Dennis Rodman. JVG managed him very well....Rick, not so much. Who can handle T-mac? Not sure. We do need him to contend...which is why I personally avoid turning him into the devil because that's not going to be good for the Rockets. Let's face it, Yao is the face of the Rockets, he's the tru warrior, and we all love his characted but sometimes not his play. I just hope it all works out....

cmon leeb, spill those beans. all of these inside info has been from yao/other players/reporters, we need some from tracy's side. i want to see if tracy is hostile to all this or not.
Other than being very,very frustrated with his lack of mobility, he's gets frustrated with guys blowing dimes. Also, feels the unit runs better with 0. 0 allows him to really play point forward, plus 0 makes the offense easier.
