i been saying this forawhile now. they could've took them to 6 games if they won game 5 vs spurs

after beating the spursin 6, they'd get two days rest instead o just one. in the po's, esp with mda running guys into the ground, 2 days off is a lot more valuable than in the reg season.

rockets start the wcf fresh and in rhythm, warriors are too rested and rusty. game 1 vs okc and spurs was a blowout, they didnt know how to stop the mda-harden offense. both teams were good defensive teams, spurs best in the league. its not hard to believe we'd steal game 1 vs the warriors. then after warriors game 2 adjustments mda makes adjustments and game 3 or 4 we win at home.

warriors win in 6, but rockets get a ton more respect and a more attractive free agency destination. imagine how many guys wanna beat the cavs or warriors but konw its impossible? we'd give them hope.

    golden opportunity missed.

Depends on how Harden played and if O'antoni felt like playing more than 7 guys for the series.

I differ greatly my Houston Bro. I am enormously happy with the supporting cast, and enormously disappointed in James Harden.

Still excited for the Draft and NBA Free Agency, and I do think we need to get some more toughness.

How does the NBA front office force parity on the league? The players association ain't gonna agree to a hard cap like in the NFL. Unfortunately we're stuck with the current system. The only way parity is forced on the 30 teams is if we have a few more seasons like this one. Eventually fans will tune out, ratings will tank, revenues will plummet, and the players will realize they're on the verge of killing the golden goose with this "superteam" BS.

We'd blow them out in Game 1 and then lose four in a row.

Judging by the last few games of the Spurs series, I think it's probably pretty unlikely they would have even one win against the Dubs - maybe if everyone is hitting their shots, but since that happened maybe twice this post season, I'm doubtful Houston could have won even one because even IF you hit all your shots, the Warriors can still hit more shots and win the game. The "hot hand" theory to give Houston a chance works against most teams(including San Antonio) but the Dubs can score with us too so it just give us a slim chance at best.

With Spaced out sick Harden 2 games and with healthy Harden 3 to 4 games.

If we had guys on our team willing to step up like Zaza Pachulia, take out the opponents best player, anything is possible.

The results of this poll seem very homerish, but without Nene I say Warriors sweep. With Nene I say Rockets take 1 game, very small chance for 2.

The Spurs take 2+ if Kawhi doesn't go down.

Warriors continue to be fantastically blessed with injuries and opponent misfortune.

This is a depressing thread. I know nothing is a given. But it is depressing going in to this offseason. Unless there is some attitude changes starting with our star player and then some serious additions next season will end up more of the same. Fun regular season. A lot of cautious hope going into the playoffs and then Harden and company most like pops a squat, clucks and squirts out an egg.

Well the rockets and spurs won the same amount of games vs the warriors, just the rockets weren't invited.
