1. I'm perfectly okay with a good academic schools like Northwestern getting exposure. They are now #25, though I believe they just lost QB Persa for the season who is their team. 2. Gameday tries to do a non-traditional match up once every year... 2001: Army at Air Force 2002: Harvard at Pennsylvania 2003: South Florida at Army 2005: Central Florida at South Carolina Southern vs. Grambling 2007: Amherst at Williams 2008: Hampton at Florida A&M 2009: Army at Air Force 3. Aggies have never won a Gameday game: 1995: Loss @ Colorado 2000: Loss vs Oklahoma 2006: Loss vs Oklahoma 4. Northwestern is a very strong journalism/broadcasting school, with lots of alumni through the media including ESPN and SI. So maybe they just wanted an excuse to go to it?

Nice fight by Cal. You guys played really tough and had us worried for a sec but I don't think all the blame can be pointed at Tacevcchio. We could have scored a TD or field goal on that final drive if we really wanted to. Every national championship team really gets tested at least once a year and I hope this was it for the Ducks. Gotta refocus for the final 2 + 1.
Pointforward you always got something to cry about. Be happy with the win. Can't wait to spank the ags on the hardwood.
Man I can't believe how confident Baylor fans have gotten in such a short amount of time without really doing that much (and yes beating 3 double-digit seeds in the NCAA tournament is good, but not good enough to think you are high and mighty now). I think Baylor is going to do well, but the quotes I am seeing from some of you make it seem like you have this absolutely all-world team. There is a lot of talent there, but let's see it play out on the court before you guys beat your chest too hard.
