Top 4 have some tests this week.... though I don't think any of them will be upset... Oregon and Cal will be fun to watch, San Diego St. is a pretty good team though I don't think TCU will have any problems there. A nice in-state game in A&M and Baylor.
Not much I really want to see. The Boise game being on a Friday with a full slate of NBA games doesn't help. Even Oregon, which is my favorite college football team to watch, will get drowned out Saturday evening for the same reason. I'm going to pretty much pass on college football this weekend.
I really really hope that Baylor beats A&M this weekend...but on the other hand, I would never in a million years have thought they'd finish with 8 wins. Hell, I was just hoping for 6.
I'm with you on A&M/Baylor but OSU/Texas is a big zero for me because of how far UT has fallen. Their season is dead and I expect OSU to light them up pretty bad.
Oregon with another 40+ point blowout over Cal. James with a huge performance to close in on the Heisman. GO DUCKS!!!!!!
Looks like I'm attending the tcu game this weekend, last game at amon carter before they start setting up for it's implosion and renovations / remodeling.
only one I'm semi interested in is Baylor -A&M...its lost its luster since Joseph lost the QB spot....love black Qbs until they graduate college ...then its wildcat for life in the NFL
How has it lost its luster? Don't you want to see a good game? A&M has been playing like a whole new team since the qb change, playing really well the last few weeks. Now, it seems to be a gam with better competition, it will be fun to watch. The aggies were a mess with their last qb.
I remember watching the Oklahoma State and Arkansas games (I'm an Arkansas fan) and thinking "Wow, this guy is absolute garbage. Weren't people hyping him up as a guy that would finally turn around the Aggie program? I remember this article being posted on here last year: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/writers/john_lopez/09/30/jerrod-johnson/index.html
I was one of those that was enamored with Jerrod I mean he had 30 td and 8 picks last year. But it just seemed the shoulder surgery set him back and his own pride set him back. Dude was trying to throw into double and triple coverage because he believed he could make the perfect throw which he can't. He lost the ability to scramble and when he did he just looked a step slow. Im extremely happy with Tannehill dude throws a way crisper ball and really control the offense well.
