I hope his knee can handle 30 minutes or so. We need him on the floor. He can rebound in crowds, scoring on the post helps (with D-Mo out). His presence alone puts pressure on the defense. Could have been worse, somebody could have said "the biggest game in franchise history" like Andre said when Texans played the Patriots in that MNF game 2 seasons ago and proceeded to get beat like a drum.
Smith should be able to fill the void and TJones can only pick his opportunities as he has no post up game. I think Capella should be the back up 5 from here on out.
Dwight needs to start playin 30+ min to see how his knee reacts. Cause dwight will need to br at 35+ in the playoffs or this team could go home very quickly
That follows. If I remember correctly, Tjones usually played well against the Spurs. Could just be the fog of middle age. In any case, playing small against the Spurs in such a big game (and only 16 minutes?) didn't make sense.
18 and 12 against them last season (4 games). We need him to dial it in - and some vintage 'SpursKiller' Harden wouldn't hurt :grin:
Are there any decent PG's on the waiver wire that we can get heading into the playoffs?.. If so , can we sign them or is there a rule of some sort??.... Just asking , because Rondo is gonna shred us in a 7 game series... But Rockets by 3 hopefully tomo!!!
Hands down the biggest regular season game in the past 5 years. Lose and we fall to the sixth seed and lost home court. Win and getting past the first round is a reality.
