Seems like you're the one not really talking about the Rockets. And we like RV6 more, so you can probably just show yourself out. Thanks for playing!

Sounds like Durant is jealous of our front offices and all they've done for James while OKC hasn't done **** except give kanter a max

A team with Durant/James/Howard and role players is probably the best way to go head to head in the future against the Warriors .

Not if Mchale is here to stay. Not even Durant could save us from him.

I like reading between the lines...

"They're trying to get a lot of guys here surrounding James," Durant said. "They got some guys, they missed out on a few guys, but they still have a really, really good team. And they built it around James. Their front office and ownership, I'm sure, had him in mind whenever they made moves. They (turned) into a contender."

Don't get me wrong I love KD (I'm a longhorn fan) and believe he is a top 3 player in the world but does anybody else just notice how he disappears in games? Sometimes it will be for an entire quarter, where he will be on the floor yet you wouldn't know it unless you were just watching him the whole time. And it even happens when Westbrook is on the bench and KD is the only viable scoring option for them.

Just something I've noticed from him and hope he can change before he brings his talents to H-town :)

You do realize McHale has been the most successful coach in Rockets history right? He has consistently coached over achieving Rockets teams and anybody who thinks different is unrealistic.

His ball handling skills are cringe worthy

Dirk had the same problem. He'd let the game come to him instead of force the issue. It's not a major problem IMO. Durant is a franchise guy.

Durant and Ty Lawson are also pretty close. Is there any way to get Durant and keep Ty?

Dirk sucks. Case in point: 2007 1st round nba playoffs. Jason Terry carried him to a title in 2010.

If we lose Dwight in the process of striking out on KD, we will be setback 10 years

Well your understanding of moneyball seems to be the problem. At least in the way Morey implements it. Morey has stated many times that superstar players on max contracts are the best value contracts in the NBA.

And of course they are trying to accumulate as much elite talent as possible. They're just using some different tools to evaluate that talent and determine fit and system.

It's basketball. They talk mess to eachother. Don't act like a little altercation changes their attitudes towards them forever. They're men, not Hilary Clinton.

It was 2011, and Dirk was playing completely out of his mind.

Anyone please reply: Is it possible to keep Ty Lawson and Dwight if we were to get Durant?
