Me too. Oh, wait! I'm one of those people who can throw back a 12 pack of beer, 3 burgers plus sides, some after dinner ice cream and a slim jim and I lose weight. How the hell is this possible? Hell, I've only gained about 15 pounds since high school, and I graduated 12 years ago. I'm going on the Corona diet starting tonight!
I am going to be the very last person in this country to go on the Atkins diet. I am going to wait for absolutely everyone else to do it first. I prefer to eat low fat, get plenty of lean protein, and not to see carbs as completely evil. And to work out a lot. It works (if you can stick with it). Those of you who have trouble gaining weight... make me sick. My husband is skinny and eats fast food for lunch every single day of his life. Dinner is usually a large slab of red meat. (for him; we are usually each responsible for our own food) Works out three times a week. Still skinny. (and pizza is not that bad, really, as long as it's cheese or veggie)
