We still need a few more for insurance.

    Hold 'em down, Andy!

    damn-****ing-it. so close.

for a team that has so much trouble getting baserunners sometimes, we sure do leave a lot of guys on. we could have about 10 runs right now if we were like the red sox or something with runners on.

Yea, but for a team that's supposedly so anemic offensively... we sure do generate a lot of traffic and commotion out there... and we do get enough runs to win games.

And... I promise I'll stop answering posts! ;)

    Great Job ANDY!

That should be it for him... especially since his spot is coming up in the top of the inning. (Although, I wouldn't be totally against Garner deciding to try and get one more out of him... he's made his adjustments from those horrible mistakes)

Excellent! Garner has gone with Wheeler in the 8th in situations like this before, but Andy better be out there. Hell, I want him out there in the 9th if he is still dominating.

That's the sort of inning we like to see Andy! A 7 pitch 1-2-3 inning is good for what ails ya.

WTG, Andy. That's a pretty good start. 7 innings and 4 hits. If not for that cutter that didn't cut to A. Jones this game is not close. Now got to close it out in the 8th and 9th.

I honestly don't know... this is why he's paid the big bucks to be the manager. My thinking might be if Ausmus doesn't GIDP, bunt Adam over with Andy.

    Anything else, and you pinch-hit.

If Ausmus doesn't hit into a DP, I'd take Andy out.

Otherwise if he does hit into a DP, leave Andy in.
