no idea, but good luck! I guess the easiest to get would be in retail or something like that.

I'm looking for full-time stuff myself.

I'm looking for full time work in the summer. Unfortunately for Circuit City and Best Buy I had stupidly put down looking for seasonal work, which they frown upon. 10 apps, 0 call backs. I think I'll just stop looking and either hope someone calls back or I can just be a bum. Win-win!

Haha, that's what I did in the summer while I was in school when I came home. Never could find anything when I told them I was just going to be there for the summer. Junior and senior year I stayed at school during the summers and just kept my part time job.

I'm also looking for a job actually.

I just graduated college with a degree in Economics.

I'm applying to law school for Fall of 07.

Looking for something in the meantime.

    Anybody?

As long as everyone else is asking too, I'm looking for a law firm or some similar place where I could work as an assistant or some sort of clerical work.

I just finished my third year at UT and I'd like to be able to observe a law firm since I plan on going to law school after the coming year.

Does anyone know how to get in with a law firm when you don't have connections with them. Cold calling and emailing doesn't seem to be doing the trick and I don't know of any that are posting openings for paid internships.

Look at the Classifieds. There are some decent jobs there, some better than circuit city. I personally would like jobs that are part hourly and part comission based if you are only looking for 20 to 30 hours/ week.

Also, your experience is only as good as you make it sound and apply it to the job you are interviewing for. Hell, I have used volunteering on a project for the United Way as legitimate consulting experience when I was interviewing for internships at UT.

hehe, and I am following him to Time Warner! :p After 6 years, its time :p

btw, EV1 maybe hiring, and they would work around your schedule. We are pretty short at the moment. I am supervisor at the moment, but will be leaving the first week of July. If anybody is interested, PM me with a resume, and I can hand it to the guy that does the hiring. As long as your can navigate through Windows, thats pretty much the minimum requirement you need :) Just ask Mig, got the b*stard a job there, the leaves after 10 months :p

Dewds, work at Sonic. It's really not too bad, and I make 300-400 bucks a week including tips (I work full-time).

What do you do at Time Warner as a CS rep? just read stuff off prompts or do you have to have knowledge of modems and stuff
