I see your point. I guess that makes Bowen a SG also. I guess it makes some sense when you have a guy like Melo or T-Mac as your swingman. I was thinking offensively.

You people are crazy if you dont want allen iverson.so what he may not fit in this offense.but some people thought KG,Paul peirce, and Ray allen couldn't fit in the same offense look where it got them

Obviously the teams wants to keep this on the DL (if there is any truth to this), so please stop posting it on the Nuggets forum.

    You know who you are!!!

Yeah, Denver got so much better after he went there.

Personally, I don't think AI is the answer.

What ever defense and smarts Denver would gain won't be enough IMO.
AI hasn't been the best fit for them but their offense isn't that good without him either.
    K-Mart is a semi-reliable 4 at best. Nene is a 5/4 who is inconsistent.
Melo isn't good enough to take up the load by himself, which was the first place why AI was brought there.
JR has a long way to go.
They would be better off looking for more overall talent which could help them on both ends with another team(s).

Bottom line is AI is on the block and the nuggets brass is trying to see what they can get. Hopefully this does not play out like with the bulls and after all the talk not moves happen and the team morale gets destroyed.

Yes,it does sound like hype.Strange things do happen at times, AI has an expiring contract and Marbury does too,but he is no Starbury and a big headache.Allen has calmed down considerable over the years. The Nuggets will gain nothing by getting him for Iverson.

So, you're saying it's his fault that Denver has overpaid talent that underachieve? Don't know what you saw/heard but AI play his butt off every night while many of his teammates half ass'd it. George Karl was never shy about calling his players out and has nothing but good things to say about his vet guard. Just because they weren't better....doesn't mean it's his fault. The front office has A LOT to do with that.

It would be pretty interesting to see Aaron Brooks under the tutelage of AI.

I never heard of this before. Can someone back up if this trade is even true? How come the media isn't all over this?
