mpj is literally the only reason it looks like there is some sort of competition between Denver and the other teams. If he was close to the level he is getting paid, we might have seen a team that did not lose a single game in the playoffs.

It’s so hard to go 16-0 in the playoffs, though that 21 nets team might have done it. They easily sweep the bucks and obviously the hawks, suns could have maybe won a game though
Sure. Even if you have 95% chance to win each game home and 85% on the road, the chances of winning 16 is about 18%. That's the kind 'they might' I am talking about. For sure, not a likely outcome, unless opposing teams psychologically accept defeat after getting destroyed in the first two games.
That Nets team didn't even make it through 3 games undefeated when they were healthy in the 1st round of the playoffs.
