On paper this is a Nuggets 4-0 sweep but Miami has been playing with their shooting sliders turned up 15%.
Rooting for Denver all the way! Want to see jumbo-Sengun get a "chip. No soup for Tomball Jimmy and Rockets keep their "lowest seed to win it all" record!
Heat have no answer for Jokic, especially if Bum Adebayo's bad play continues into game 1 and beyond. Martin, Strus and Vincent will be outshot by MPJ, KCP and Gordon. Butler will probably equal Murray or be worse.
This is the perfect set up for Denver - an exhausted & spent Miami team that had to go 7 instead of sweep rather than a much better Boston team that struggled but pulled off a historic milestone coming back from 3-0. If they don't win they should move the franchise.
I'm pretty sure you could hard code in rules and use a Tandy TRS 80 to generate magic tweets - you don't need NLP or LLMs
I'm just happy it wasn't one of the "big" teams. I'm very interested in the basketball games that are gonna be played here.
Actually they had 2 really close games this year. Nuggets had to come back from 9 down at home to win 124-119 (12/30) and won in Miami by just 112-108 (2/13). Think it will come down to the role players and who plays the best. Gordon, Porter jr. and KCP will need to play well for the Nuggs to win imo.
If Jokic wins, do we stop with the "can't win with a Jokic archetype" nonsense and stop pretending the Warriors cracked the code to winning by assembling arguably the greatest team in NBA history?
Well, well. never imagined Boston would get blown out on their home court. Martin should have been the MVP.
Denver is not going to beat themselves like Boston and Miluwaukee. Denver is gonna handle them easily imo.
I think the Heat will take one of them and play 2 other close ones. 2 of them will be blow outs the Nuggets way.
So are both Jimmy Butler and Erik Spoelstra essentially assured spots in the Naismith HOF now? Do each, or least Jimmy, need to win this title to warrant it?
