Yeah, the most rural counties are all counted, the most urban ones in Hampton Roads, NoVa, Richmond ain't in yet.
McCain can't lose hardly any battlegrounds now if he hopes to win. From what we're watching now, if he loses Florida OR North Carolina OR Virginia OR Ohio OR Indiana OR Missouri then the election is over. If he wins all of those states he has to win Colorado (to force a tie) and either Nevada or New Mexico to win. Or he can lose Colorado and win both Nevada and New Mexico to win. But likely it's not going to get that far. Florida N. Carolina Virginia Ohio Indian Missouri Only one has to go blue to give Obama a victory. McCain lost Pennsylvania and now his path is very VERY narrow.
Was 2000 that long ago? Even if its appearing like a sure thing, networks aren't calling battleground states early unless its an overwhelming result.
According to MSNBC, more r****ded ballots (or the way you actually cast your vote) in Palm Beach County, Florida. Apparently, there are two boxes next to the candidates name and with a pen you're supposed to fill in the space between the two boxes thus creating an arrow pointing to the selected candidate. I guess not everybody got the memo. Some people just put a check in one of the existing boxes or put a dot between the two boxes which isn't a legitimate vote. Why not just have a single box that you color in? Why do you have to have weird stuff?
