I just want to mention that it's great to see the many familiar faces in the crowd. It puts their lives in perspective, too.
Hooray! A great night for America. It could only have been better if Yao had managed not to suck ass all night long and the Rockets had pulled out a win.
Congrats to you guys. I voted McCain and still am not feeling Obama, but I hope you guys are right. And If I am wrong, I will happily fall in line. Im an american abolve all and Im not going to trash america by trashing her leaders. Again, congratulations. Lets hope we can unite and heal the country.
It's amazing what this guy has done with half of the country backing him. Just think of what he can do when he takes office and more and more people begin to get behind him...
Amazing. I can't wait for the moment when I have kids and get to tell them about what I just witnessed.
I was about to go to bed, but this deserves one more 10.5% abv beer. Screw it, I'll be late tomorrow. But whatever.
What an amazing night. I feel so freaking privileged to know that I have just witnessed American history. Awesome.
My dad who was born in 1935 in jasper,tx as the youngest of 8 and the only one to graduate from hs and college said, "we can stop lying to our kids now." I thought he was being funny, but when I thought about it as a black man, its finally true you can be anything you want to be. Its one thing to say you can be tiger, mike, or lebron, but to say that the original man is now the most powerful man again is amazing.
