well, after seeing that highlight video I gotta admit that he's no blake griffin but he's a gritty, relentless rebounder with a big gas tank. and he's great for my fantasy team.
Just a heads up: Love is playing the Knicks again tonight, the same team he put up 31-31 on. Good chance to see him in action.
Interesting fact: Moses Malone was the last player to do it with 38 points and 32 rebounds for Houston against Seattle in 1982. Guy deserves mad props just for 30 rebs alone In my opinion.
And apart from rebounds 30 and 31, none of the boards were multiple boards off one possession. Like he didn't grab a board, miss a shot grab another rebound, miss a shot grab another etc. They were 29 individual rebounds. Phenomenal.
It seems weird that the year I moved to Oregon Kyle Singler's team beat Love's team for the state championship, yet Singler's still at Duke and it seems like Love's a 10 year vet.
