Nice, I like Graham; he has a lot of talent and if B'OB can erase the inconsistencies from his game, he could be really helpful on offense.
Spoiler <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Texans&src=hash">#Texans</a> second-year TE Ryan Griffin has far more upside than Garrett Graham, who is small, slow, and can't block.</p>— Evan Silva (@evansilva) <a href="https://twitter.com/evansilva/statuses/444149225077477376">March 13, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Maybe Griffin has more upside, but a two tight end set of Graham and Griffin is good, and underrated.
I'm not a big fan of Graham at all, but I'm sure O'Brien can use him. Dressen was the better TE. Daniels, Dressen, Graham, then Casey - in that order.
So I guess the idea that BoB differs by wanting more of a blocker in his TE is not all that true. I am OK with re-signing GG (hopefully at a discount), but not seeing anything changed so far...
Really wish we had the contract details. I was a fan of Graham until last year when he underachieved when given the opportunity. Need to know the contract details. I guess I'm happy that we didn't cut OD and and not address the position.
