Talk about the series here. Please no PBP in this thread. Unless otherwise noted all games are on CSN-H (for about 40% I guess).

8-11 Tommy Milone, LHP vs. Brad Peacock, RHP 7:10

8-12 Yohan Pino, RHP vs. Collin McHugh, RHP 7:10

8-13 Kyle Gibson, RHP vs. Brett Oberholtzer, LHP 1:10

Bases loaded, 1st inning, yup. Peacock on the mound. :(

Maybe it would help if a reliever started the game and pitched the 1st inning,
then bring Peacock in to start the 2nd

Best part about Springer coming back will be to not have to see Grossman's arm "strength" from RF.

Cant wait for Fowler & Springer return and Grossman back to the bench or AAA.

Total brain-fart by Castro there... there are 2 outs in the inning guys... and I don't think the "speedy" Mauer had a shot from 3rd.

Yep. Too bad Altuve wasn't batting in his usual spot.

Why not switch Grossman and Santana? Isn't Santana known to have a strong arm?

I think it has to do with how Grossman looked pretty bad to start the year in LF... its funny because usually you put your worst fielder out there and try to hide them (especially in this ballpark)... but not Robbie.

His jump/range seems to be more valuable (and instinctual) in CF/RF, so that's where he plays, noodle-arm and all.

    Big fly CC!
