    1) Sign and/or trade for player(s) that shoot(s) >55% from 2 and >35% from 3; examples from 2019-20 season:
    • Christian Wood 64.1% from 2 and 38.4% from 3
    • Larry Nance 63.7% from 2 and 35.2% from 3
    • Meyers Leonard 62.3% from 2 and 41.4% from 3
    • Mikal Bridges 61.1% from 2 and 36.3% from 3
    • Maxi Kleber 61.4% from 2 and 37.4% from 3
    • James Johnson 56.1% from 2 and 36.3% from 3
    • Serge Ibaka 55.8% from 2 and 38.8% from 3
    • Gordon Hayward 55.4% from 2 and 38.3% from 3
    2) Hire a head coach that makes in-game, playoff adjustments, and will hold EVERY player accountable

I am with you on that always room for improvement on the 5 and also it always good to get a good defensive minded coach like TY or sam or even Becky someone that is fresh got experience that will look outside of the small ball logic

Trade Gordon for a big, I like Turner if they can get him. Sign KOQ with the Vet Min. Scower the G- League and overseas for a Combo guard. Is this the year Llull comes over ? LOL

Daryl Morey needs to stop listening to James Harden and needs to be aggresive in trading everybody.

Only Harden and Covington should be kept.

    Russell Westbrook
    Eric Gordon
    PJ Tucker

These players must be moved for more financial flexibility and more picks.

We need a coach that can play multiple style. MDA problem is he only play one style. Easy for opponent team to figure out how to defend. I think best is primary let Westbrook run the play. Easier for Harden to get his own shot.

why do people say this? morey's been the gm for 14 years and we ran microball for like 14 games. how many teams have more roster turnover and stylistic turnover than we do? 4 years ago we had dwight howard trying to post up and moved away from him to a space and pace 3-ball attack with gordon and anderson. then capela got good and we started spamming PnR's. then we realized the PnR was just bringing a double team to harden so we started doing a lot of iso. then we realized westbrook didn't have any room with capela on the court and within less than a season we traded him away for microball. it's hard to think of a team changing more in such a short time.

PJ's a conundrum because while he's old and that should negate any big extension, we really need him because you can't find a player like him making the money he's making right now. I hope he realizes that and would be open to something like a 2 year $10 million extension after this season. Whatever it is, I would hold onto him unless there's a real impact player to be had.

I'm all in on using that Non-Taxpayer MLE of ~$10 for Aron Baynes if we can't get Christian Wood. When he started in Phoenix this past season, he had a 13.6/6.7/2.1 split while shooting 37.5% from deep. This will push Gordon out of the starting lineup but that might be a blessing in disguise as we need more depth/talent on the bench anyways.

This is also sad, I am sure there are some US players that can defend over in the Euro leagues but rarely are they thicc.

For a team that deploys a 35 year old 6'5" player at center I don't think age is an issue.

Really? I thought the team was gassed because they had too many unplayable players in the playoffs (see: pretty much entire bench except for Jeff Green).

I agree but I wouldn’t hold Baynes’ age against him. You know what you’re getting out of him. Wood might be younger but has a smaller sample size to work with. And Baynes is a tough dog man, something you can’t say about Bertans or Wood.
