Thanks for picking me up on that tierre... I had no idea what he was trying to get at.

Yea... there is a salary cap in this league... no way they could have afforded BOTH of them.

always love it when your guards rebound better than you pf. mo just standing there while the raptors get rebounds on ft's and then get a rebound on the miss after that as mo just stands flatfooted on the ground and watches.

Wow, it's really amazing how we TOTALLY SUCK without Yao in the game. I mean, it's astounding, this is a HORRIBLE team without Yao. Jaw-droppingly bad.

    No prob Nick...

Any idea how many timeouts we got left?

And Yao should be in for the rest of the game, regardless.

The Collapse is here, i was booted for predicting this, but 2 nights in a row i have been right. On NO other night have i spoken out and predicted this. I am discriminated on and booted, the the collapse in inevitable. Miraculously, because of Yao, we pulled out the last one. If we do not pull this one out, we WILL miss the playoffs. This is ONE home game of ever few left, Rockets need it desperately.

I really don't understand NBA refs... its ok to push Yao when its the low block, but its not ok to push Vince when its on the high wing??

It's almost like you have a better chance of defending somebody if you LET them get closer.

(btw... how does Yao get an offensive foul with his BACK TURNED??? by a Vince Carter flop, that's how.)

Uhh... yeah... exactly the point. NBA teams do need bench players, you know... in case somebody gets injured, you know... or if you would like a 12th year veteran to average less than 38 mins per game in the regular season, in order to , ....uhhh, you know protect them from injuries, you know...

And how do you plan on paying for these wonderful bench players? The cap is strapped enough with two power forwards who combined are not even worth ONE of their contracts, let alone both. You have Steve and Mobes... well paid, but Posey is making MORE than Mobely this year. Then factor in the 1st round rookie contract we're paying for Boki, who's played less than most CBA players who make the NBA.

Its great to have depth... but when you can't afford it, you have to make due.
