For a defensive coach, JVG seriously have me want to slap him for having the guys play D like that if that's his fault.

This is getting very predictable..

 

At least they're consistent in the way they lose every game.

 

The coach should is the individual who designs the plays. bringing a 7'6 monster out on top of the key as a help defender, is beyond beliefe. it's allways gonna be a recipe for disaster. i've been saying this for almost 18 months now.

 

WOW. We really suck with out TMAC.

All these 10pts and less losses would be wins with TMAC. He would have had those points.

SHooting 30% through 3 quarters is what lost this game.

 

That's what we get for having Yao fouled out of the game.

The biggest reason Houston's D is good is because Yao's there to anchor the defense. We should stop having Yao pick up those unnecessary fouls, his presence is huge for Houston's D.

I hate it when we don't have a closer when TMac is out. Just a little more execution we could have win this game.

 

JVG, let Yao camp in the paint. I've enough with your stupid concept of using Yao to set traps.

Yao, don't carry your frustration on your face Yes you commited a stupid foul, but the game was not over then. What do you expect your teammates feel seeing you like that. Show some darn leadership, give your team encouragement!

We are making progress, though 3-11 seems to be a deep deep hole right now.

 

Has Yao ever grabbed 10 or more rebounds when he's scored over 30 points?It seems like whenever he has a good offensive night, his rebounding is subpar.

 

So is everyone else on this board.

You think JVG doesn't know it's stupid, he knew that. What can he do? I guess he has to have Yao help trap the guards because our guards can't really guard opposing guys one on one.

I haven't been in on clutchfans much lately, but why is Dikembe getting so few minutes. It seems like we spend too much time with neither Yao nor Dik on the floor. They probably wouldn't have gotten those easy layups at the end had we put in Cookie Monster.
