Dame and McCollum are going to have to be amazing again to beat Denver. Jokic has had his way with them when they played apparently. Probably Denver in 6 or 7.
This might be a Denver sweep. I'll go with DEN in 5. Jokic will destroy Kantar. And they will feast on running Lillard on the Jokic DHO into PnR with Murray (with pass back to a semi-rolling Jokic as nearly unguardable by Portland). Portland will actually have to play defense this series against a well-run offense.
I see that, once again, no one has selected Portland in 5. I'll take that Voodoo. I was really hoping to face the Spurs. In all honesty, I REALLY would have liked our chances against Denver if we had Nurk. He beasts on Jokic. Without him, we are going to have to rely on miracles by our guards. Ill root for you guys over Golden State if yall root for us against Denver. If our two teams meet, the gloves come off. But until then, best of luck playing 5 on 8. Please take that trash team out of the playoffs. They deserve it.
From what I have heard, Kanter is fine and using his shoulder, which was legitimately separated, to throw off the game plan and scouting report for the next opponent.
I think Denver is going to have a hard time stopping Dame. He had his way with a very good OKC defense anchored by Adams and not even PG one of the best (man/perimeter) defenders could slow him down . I expect a lot of high scoring games with minimal defense from both sides. If Dame stays hot and CJ gets going Denver might need to bust out some instant offense to keep up. If there was ever a time to bust out IT it may be this series.
6 or 7, likely another 7 game series, whoever comes out is a tad gassed. I count on the Blazers but Denver has as much of a chance. Just read about Kanter, what a blow!
I think both are at least decent defensive teams. I expect the average of 110 pts average which is decent but not that great in today's Freedom driven league.
Whoever comes out of our series might have an easy time, Nuggets should win this in 5-6 but I'm going with 7.
