Kawhi Leonard is awesome, and sometimes heroes fail to save the day, but just saying, if this had been Harden's game, fans would have "Braveheart"-ed him by now. Harden: "FREEDOOOOOOOOM!" Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip.
Maybe...just maybe....Kawhi is a system player? A great and awesome player but a system player nonetheless? Look at where he's succeeded before going to LA. San Antonio? Great offensive system. Toronto? Great offensive system. LA? Great players you could say but no real offensive system. If this is true then it just adds onto the great lore that Leonard is pretty much just a robot--the better the scripting/system you input into him, the better the performance.
both Kawhi and Paul George can become a free agents next year it’s championship or bust Paul George is the biggest choker in the league and is extremely fraudulent, so I think the Clippers will be looking to move him and will be calling the Rockets again to see if they can get James Harden to pair with Kawhi the Clippers had no real playmaker, and their system was basically pick up ball they can’t afford to choke again next year, lose Kawhi, and then head into that new arena with a scrub team
no lies detected here Harden’s the only superstar I’ve seen that is expected to win titles with a bunch of bad role players or co-stars the likes of Pandemic Westbrook
According to some on here Harden's had stacked teams and great coaches every season he's been in the league but can't seal the deal. Some would even go as far as saying it was Harden's fault that OKC couldn't beat Miami in the Finals. Let me know if you need a recent post/example of this.
You guys are hilarious . With th excuses you make for harden , concussion; bad team etc you harp on a two times finals mvp playoff sniper for a bad showing
"People listening are going to think I'm giving Kawhi a pass. I'm going to save you the time: I am. He had a bad game for a guy at legend status. This is not his 10th Harden game. This is someone who carried a franchise by himself & diced up the Heat becoming a superstar. Since he has that on his resume, I'm going to look at him differently." - Russillo
Kawhi has had the benefit of being able to grow around the most stable environments imaginable, around Hall Of Fame players and All-Time great coaches. Harden has unfortunately been thrown in the deep end and told to swim, around extremely flawed players and mediocre coaches that need him playing at an absurd level just to make them look good. That's life. Some kids grow up with a silver spoon in their mouths, and have all the tools around them to become at the very least moderately successful, while some kids are born into poverty, and have to get it out the mud.
Trade Westbrook for Kawhi. I’m really more interested in trying to get Westbrook and Paul George back together than putting Harden with Kawhi.
