Who knew he had it in him?

For those who didn't see the play, Anderson delivered a tomahawk facial to Gerald Wallace.

The only Knicks basket by anyone else during that stretch was a powerful breakaway dunk by Shandon Anderson over the outstretched arm of Gerald Wallace.

''I had a glimpse of who was coming to get it. Either he was going to block it or I was going to get him,'' Anderson said.

The dunk fired up the crowd and led Sacramento coach Rick Adelman to call timeout with his team trailing 82-76. Anderson failed to convert a three-point play after the dunk, but Nailon kept the momentum on New York's side by hitting a corner jumper and a baseline drive to make it 86-77.

No picture or link, but suffice to say that it was nasty.

It was vicious. Wallace landed on his feet, then buckled and collapsed to the ground. Nasty!

A side note: Lee Nailon looked awfully good last night. He'd probably look better in some pinstripes.

How did Wallace get into the game? One of the great players who will never see any court time.

He's averaging 20 mpg so far - granted some players are injured, but Sacramento is just stacked with talent. He is playing pretty decent as well.

That was a pretty sweet dunk. Anderson obviously ate his Wheaties that morning.

Barkley and Thomas Hamilton did. Don't you know vertical stripes are very slimming. Well, maybe not Thomas Hamilton.
