We better hope one is on the roster right now - there don't seem to be any waiting around in FA, or in the trade market.
Sure, it makes it easier, but there's like 3-5 "great" QB's in the NFL, you either luck into one or you build your team the way the Texans have, around defense and the run. The Seahawks were one awful coaching blunder away from back to back championships and they don't have a great QB.
Terrifying schedule, 10-6 should make Billy O coach of the yeah. It all really depends on which qb we start. Mallett has the higher ceiling
Texans have a very similar schedule to last year as far as difficulty ratings go. With a years worth of familiarity in OB's system, and OB now more familiar with the team, I am expecting better things this season. Of course, contingent upon how well the new look oline performs, if some of our injured stars can perform and the QB situation - which should be more stable this season. I picked 9-7 last year, I am predicting at least 10-6 this go round.
Peter King is none too impressed http://mmqb.si.com/2015/06/01/nfl-power-rankings-peter-king-daughter-wedding/ Behind the Browns, Jets, Skins, Giants and Falcons.
Does Peter King have a really high opinion of Ryan Fitzpatrick or something? I can't understand why he thinks we'll be appreciably worse than last season?
