At least give Capela another opportunity. We know what Dorsey provides, and it really isn't much.

Isn't there some 7-footer from the D-league we can call up? All he has to do is come in and put on some hard fouls.

McGee is about to be very disappointed. I hope we can snag him up with the promise of playing time and a mutual hatred for Inside the NBA

Don't know if anyone will give him his player option but if he wants it, doubt it'll be coming from here.

Eat Dorsey's deal(or whoever you cut), then add McGee and a player option? Not happening.

A guy who got waived by a tanking team without a buyout agreement has NO leverage to get a player option.

he wants the most money possible
if he plays well for the rest of the season
he can get higher salary so he will want a player option to opt out
if he still suck he can opt in and get guaranteed money
    the guy just want money

Eat Dorsey's deal and the add McGee. Don't know about the player option but IF the team knows Dwight will not be ready in time for the playoffs then do it.

I understand why he would WANT it, but don't see why he thinks he should EXPECT/GET it.

Make it happen Morey!!! Get Hinkie to pick up Dorsey's contract on waivers. Sign McGee to Dorseys deal. Rockets over The Cavs in 7.
