Once again, no. But adding Rubio is a real possibility. He's available. And he fits the bill when it comes to ball movement and getting a lot of assists while keeping turnovers. We've wanted him in the recent past. And we've spoken to Minny recently about him.

There 4 reasons why we should consider what kind of trade value he is worth. I'm not just picking him out of the assure because I like him. There's plenty of solid indicators that the Rockets like him and have discussed acquiring him.

    Look, I like Rubio.

But Dantoni wants Harden to play even more PG (with Gordon at the SG) so it's not gonna happen

    • There is no proof of that *at all*. And the discussion of the yr-old rumor already has it's own thread.
    • You created a trade proposal thread.
    • Just admit you were wrong to do so, and move on.

And to quote your "Why" thread in Feedback:

If you are going to whine by the rules, then live by the rules.

Holic wants rubio so bad he made up a fake rumor/insider status to speak it into existence. Sad...

    • This is 100%, absolutely what is happening.
    • That's why in the yr-old rumor thread he keeps bumping it and saying "keep this thread alive." when in fact, there is NO NEWS for over a year and the thread is trying to die.
    • That's why he started this thread. To keep his fake rumor alive, so other sites will pick up on it and think it's real, and he and his buddies get clicks at their other social media accounts.
    • That's why he's ignoring the trade proposal threads are a no-no in the GARM.

And that's why he needs an arguing patsy like Mr. Clutch, to make it look like there is a "Discuss" going on in here. When there is not, he just found a patsy.

Sry Mr. Clutch, but you're being used.

I think bringing Rubio off the bench would be the best case scenario.

I mean just look that this bench unit:

    Rubio
    Gordon
    Beasley
    Dmo
    Nene.

That will put POINTS on the board. Give Harden some much needed rest (maybe he will become a better defensive player because of it).

Yeah, no biggie. It just loses it's fun when he starts new threads against Forum rules.

What's to stop "Who would you trade for Griffin/WB/Gay" threads from starting, if basketballholic gets to defy the GARM rules like this.

At least DMo threads are talking about a Rockets player, except when basketballholic trolls them with talk of SnT for Rubio. sigh

Rubio/Harden is a championship level backcourt on par with Curry/Klay. They would have epic battles. And we'd love it.

The last time was probably the 2010 Finals when LAL did it to Rondo while winning the title.

That's only because Ricky Rubio is really bad at basketball
