[HUGE LULZ] Royce White...."Don't call it a comeback!"

If that is true, they still got academic stuff to do. This is not like they are full pro and play 70-80 games a year.

I think it's funny that Royce White's agent said that, when 29 teams come calling, that they will give the Clippers the first dibs. It's nice he is so confident that 29 teams will come calling.

 

Lol problem with this guy is not really his attitude.

But he sucks. Like...he's a bad player. He was an average player IN THE NBDL. If he had talent teams would be more willing to take chances on him, see...Anthony Randolph. Who while I'm not even sure what team he plays on, he at least had enough talent to keep teams intrigued.

Fact is Royce is a player that can't shoot or really score. In college he was able to get by because of always being a mismatch. Being bigger and stronger than guys with a decent handle. Well in the NBA defenders are much better, as a Point Forward you need more than a decent handle and at least some kind of threat to score.

I doubt he ever is a mainstay in this league. He's not nearly good enough for the headache.

 

I pointed out his lack of scoring and blocking ability when he was drafted.

Terrence and Lamb were much better from the beginning, both dominating the Summer League

While White was only an inconsistent guest player who showed flashes that he might be a marginal player at best

And he ruined by getting ejected 4 times out of 5

I have to admit, there is a part of me that wants him to succeed.

White has 4 TOVs in < 21 minutes in two games. Got benched less than 2 minutes into the 3rd quarter.

 

Zero points in 2 games??? How was he preparing for summer league, by playing XBox 2K16.

 

he's on the Clipper's summer team? he's averaging 0 pts and 1 reb per game? Man, This is definitely NOT a comeback. This is much more of a go back, as in go back home.

 

It is a comeback, he came back and plays the exact same way he did before.
