Texans need to see if they can pry away Stafford. If not, draft the best available QB in the first round. Any QB falling to the 3rd or 4th round is overwhelmingly likely to be a dud or a system QB, and the Texans have had enough of both. PS, Replace front office. All of them.
They still have a QB and a decent defense that can be built up. Don't see the reason to blow it up. Draft a new star WR and they are in decent shape
