how much longer before we can expect him to get back to the way he was playing last year? is his offseason surgery really effecting him that much?
No real offseason rest and enough practice sessions to get him going......... Half a season or a season..... see what is really bugging him.... It could be mental.......
Patterson's post game is a bit disappointing to me. For some reason I thought he was better on the block.
He's looked like it in the 4th quarter of tonights game. If we can hold onto this lead it might be the confidence boost he needed.
With Scola shooting a career low in FG% this season, I'm most disappointed in Patterson this season. Patterson, Lowry, and surprisingly now Parsons, are the bright spots on this team for me.
He's been so overrated and has been playing like completely garbage. Blew an easy open dunk tonight. It might he his ankle but he's not even shooting the ball close to what he was in his rookie season.
He need to just be tougher and more aggressive. I want to see more rebounds and free throws from him.
Well Morey said they were expecting him to develop at least 25%. Pat couldnt have gotten off to a worse start.
Patterson never had a solid post game. What's disappointing is how our team has 0 post moves outside of Scola, who isn't performing to usual standards. You go from Scola to Patternson and it just hurts to see how they don't even try a shot (other than jumpers). Patterson included.
I think he's taking too long to decide what to do. Either he receives the ball and passes it right off or tries to 'settle' into the post before making his move. He's got to be quicker with his decisions. I'd like to see him take mid range jumpers more often...
he's overrated on this board... for a 14th pick he's doin well but he had surgery and is going through a slump... hope he does well
