I will miss your Canaan balls, and your grit, and hard work. It looked like you were coming into your own this year and needed some consistent playing time to find your way. I would not be surprised to see you become a rotation PG - that can shoot the rock. Not sure why McHale never played you, but then again, not sure if McHale is all that good at evaluation in the first place. Good luck Canaan - maybe we can overpay to get you back some day. DD
I heard he wasn't a hard worker, thats why mcHale didn't play him unless he had to play him, but good luck to him.

Disappointed to hear that, I heard that he felt he was better than the guys ahead of him and it bugged him - which probably got him sideways with the org if true. I guess we shall see, if the guy blows up somewhere else when we could have used him it will reflect poorly on our org. DD
If the guy blows up somewhere else I will be absolutely shocked. He couldn't beat out Jason Terry for minutes. Let that sink in.
The good news ,He will join Covington as solid NBA players and ..hmm yea McHale can't bench 'm anymore...freedommm
mchale is an idiot canaan showed what he could do when given minutes notice mcfail played svhed over canaan when he was immediately traded here... dude is just terrible with talent... if tjones doesnt get injured.... does dmo blossom into the up and comer he has become
canaan is better than terry, he can actually beat his guy off the dribble... mchale just dont know how to put players in their best positiion to succeed... if not for most of clutchfans screaming to the rooftops that dmo should be in the post and not chucking 3's.... would dmo be starting
Not surprised. He was distracting Dwight with his Canaan Balls. Hope his future is bright and he does well.
And if he fails to blow up somewhere else (Troy Daniels, anyone?), will you be willing to give our FO props? Morey took a lot of heat for not matching the Parsons contract, but Parsons's number are down across the board from last year and he hasn't exactly made a big difference for the Mavs, who have only improved by 3 wins over last year's post-ASG record.
