    Alexander has made it clear to Morey that he has had all the resources available to him and that if this team isnt connecting by All Star break then something will need to change.

    If the Rockets dont make it to the WCF - expect changes in the summer.

    Prelim talk, but Les has made it clear. He said, "I did my part, not you have to stick to your end of the deal".

    Personal feelings aside...

    I'm sure WCF are the minimum goal this year.

    If they don't make it out of the second round this year, a coaching change will be made.

    If true then it's good to know Les is letting his expectations be known and is being proactive, rather than just pretending to be upset after getting curb stomped by the Dolphins.

    I'd be more surprised if Les felt otherwise. Les wants to win it all, that is one thing I have never doubted about him. Merely being good isn't good enough for him.

    If we don't get to the WCF we have either gotten worse or plateaued, which means a shakeup is necessary.

    It's nice to see the owners of our sports teams actually get angry for a change. First we have Uncle Bob calling the Texans "pathetic and embarrassing", and now we have Les giving Morey ultimatums about what the goals should be for a stacked team. I like it!
