I think he's likely to be here for the immediate future, plus the home isn't that expensive, especially if he got a large bonus and is making over a million a year. Plus, if he lives in an area where other players live, then if he ever gets traded it shouldn't be hard to sell to an incoming player at that price. And maybe he's got a friend or two living with him, who pay him a little rent

The reason why they put the kitchen next to the living room is so that the person who is preparing meals, doing dishes, etc doesn't feel excluded from the rest of the family. BTW, I'm the structural engineer who designed the foundation and framing for his home. True story, brahs
