JJ Watts New 400k Home in Pearland

That's a good price for that house. It looks to be somewhere in the 3000 sq ft. range with an all brick exterior and a nice backyard with inground pool. Also, a big fan of the open concept so that's a plus.

 

According to brazoria appraisal district it's 4169 sq ft

 

And this is why JJ Watt will not go broke. He clearly knows how to manage his $$$$ well

 

Why don't athletes like Cypress? Its great out here

 

I think Cypress is too far from the stadiums. I know Cypress is a beautiful place, I have been there before. Plus often there's huge traffic on 290. Expansion of 290 and Grand Parkway need to be built soon.
