If you keep the New Orleans pick, then that means DMO is undoubtably involved, and you're not going to find a two-way 7 footer with the 14th pick. DMo is more valuable to the Rockets than the Pelicans pick.

DMo is a sought after big with a bigger premium than Dragic. Dragic would come in to pair with DMo to make both players more efficient..

Only if we get a competent big man from a third team. I doubt the Suns would give up Plumlee.

Since you don't know what you're gonna get, yes Dmo is more valuable then then the Pels pick. But he's not more valuable then elite PG play in the playoffs.

I love Dmo and love his post play and effort. But since the Rockets aren't using Dmo like they should anyway Id trade him for someone that would get a lot of usage. You still have Smith and then just hope Tjones gets back into shape. Use the first in the offseason to trade for another big or draft one if it's the guy you want

I love DMo, but with Jones coming back and Smoove looking great we now have 3 PFs. I'd love to give up Jones, but sometimes you have to give up something to get something.

If we keep Dragic long term, hell yes. If we are renting him for the rest of this season AND Howard comes back healthy before the playoffs, then my answer is still yes.

I like Dmo but we have Jones and Smith who are more proven than he is. The team is flat out better with Dragic with or without Dmo.

Goran is awesome and i'd love to have him on the team.

D-Mo has a much higher ceiling and i see him becoming a better and more valuable player than Goran in a year or two. Also, D-Mo gives us continuity when Dwight eventually hangs up the court shoes and focuses on crotch grabbing more.

and I'm sorry but Dmo is not anywhere near as valuable a player as the Dragon. I'm not sure why you guys are falling all over yourselves for a big who is a 12 and 6 guy who can't hit free throws. I like his defense but to value him more than an All NBA Third Teamer? NO.

Dave, you're right we do have Smith and Jones to pair with Howard, however Howard will have declined to a role player in a couple of years and having a Jones/Smith/D-Mo rotation for the next 5 years sounds awesome! Would even better with a Goran/Harden backcourt.

Hell no. In what world do you give up a big for a small unless it's a huge upgrade? And gogi is nice but he's not a huge upgrade over dmo.

Honestly . .. . this is not even a question
You take Goran . . IF YOU CAN SIGN HIM LONG TERM

DMo has all the potential - what is his topside?

we trying to get a championship in 2 yrs
At that point Dwight maybe done and we looking to trade him for another peice

Having Harden and Goran locked up would be very attractive

Dragic and DMo playing together with the PnR makes both of them better....you keep them both, along with Harden as a big 3 and hope Dwight makes it 4.
