Well you're quickly proving to be a wholly unintelligent person, aren't you? I'll give you one more chance to be something more than a mindless troll then you go on timeout. If the next thing you post has some sort of substance or value, then no worries, if you can't quite manage that.....well, the ignore feature is an amazing thing.
Why not? 1. 59.2 completion percentage in 2016, ranked slightly ahead of Osweiler (59.0%). 2. 25 completions of 20+ yards in 2016, ranked slightly behind Osweiler (29). 3. 36 sacks in 2016, ranked in top 10. Do a basic sorting of QB ranking in different categories and too often Kaepernick appears not too far from Osweiler.
What about ints. Osweiler is basically an interceptionv waiting to happen. You have to dumb the offense down so much that you have a college offense
Osweiler isn't on the team anymore, so it's not about anyone vs Osweiler. They didn't have to dumb down the offense with Savage and that is who is there now.

How did this thread get to 18 pages? Regardless of your opinion of the guy as a person, he's just not a good starting quarterback in this league anymore. Shouldn't everyone have just looked at the title of the thread, immediately said "No thank you" and moved on?
All it takes to not want Kap is a fully functional brain.....but if you don't have that and you have a lot of balls, you could probably talk yourself into wanting Kap.
That's exactly the type of move that Texans fans are calling for them to make again really. The Brock signing wasn't a bad idea, it just didn't work out.
So what's the problem with giving Kap a chance since you think taking chances and blowing $32 million is ok?
There's absolutely no upside there AND he's a distraction. On top of that, he's about the worst fit for the offense that BOB wants to run possible. BOB would have to run a completely different system like Denver did for Tebow and I just don't see that happening meaning the outcome is likely worse than it was with Osweiler.
