I have never heard these stats. By your correction I assume you are accounting for the difference in police contact and conviction rates of African Americans compared to other races. What number between 13% of the population and 50% (original number you didn't protest) of violent crimes are you more comfortable with?
This is such a stupid thread that I'd be surprised if OP has ever passed 9th grade. What qualifies as a violent crime? Where are your sources to back up your statistics? Are you saying that only murder is a violent crime?
