Yup a pure pg is an awful fit for a basketball team. What are they thinking

So it was really the Lawson curse we were suffering.

37% from the field, 31%, 20% TOV rate & a defensive liability of course we're better than him. Instead of forcing a failed experiment into the lineup just get rid while he still has any value left.

Btw, not being high on Ty doesn't mean we don't think this team doesn't need another guard. It's just one that isn't a defensive sieve and can actually shoot would be a nice alternative. Such a shame how LMA elevated the Spurs above us and took them to another level while the Lawson trade has destroyed the team.

    7-0 can't be a coincidence.

So happy he didn't play, we're on a roll here so he needs to prove he can do something in practice first.

Damn he was not even allowed, then why was he held out of the first win @ Jazz? Already in the doghouse?

From a basketball standpoint I would love to watch a Spurs/GSW series.. LMA has elevated them but don't forget that Kawhi was hurt last year.. That guy is shooting over 40% from 3 this year and defends like a hound on steroids..

I wish we had a simple wing defender who shot over 40% from 3..

I'm not ready to give up on Ty. Maybe having the ball in his hands more would allow a better rhythm for him. But again, he's yet another one-way player we employ. Our guys have nothing to fall back on when their strengths aren't strong.

i mean tbh it sounds like youre describing Harden quite a bit here.

how is LMA to the Spurs a shame. that shouldnt have been a surprise that that was a great pick up for them. The clippers must be better without Blake then. It can't be a coincidence:rolleyes:

Your posts on Lawson prove: people believe what they want to believe.

While Harden and Lawson fumble over the ball and when to dominate and when to defer ("no, no, don't want to step on your toes"; "come on, be aggressive, you can do it!"; "talk to me, Goose...no, no, it's no good!"; "Lawson's disengaging, sir!"; "GODd***it!"), the other team has no such complications and is simply knifing through us "like butta".

It just wasn't---past tense, mind you---the right fit here. Hell, if not for Jarrett Jack's injury, Lawson would likely be gone now anyway.

JB's gonna need to take the leash off Ty and let him play. He's treating him like a rookie. Ty's too good to be micro managing. Only 22 minutes? On a nite where Ty brought good energy? Smh
