I liked Matthew Rhys when he was on Brothers & Sisters. Good actor. Hubby and I are catching up with this show. This whole spy thing is so interesting! Makes me to think about the spies out here in USA.
Last week's episode was week. Didn't like that the how the Russian spies relationship took a turn for the worst immediately after the truth was revealed about the husbands trip to NY. Too much of a yoyo relationship. I didn't even finish the episode I was so disappointed. Carrie's character ****s dudes left and right and the first time the husband bangs a female Carrie flips.
But didn't she know about his history with her? I think we've seen episodes of him messing around too (and there was more than one this episode).
Yes she did know about their past relationship. Yes he messed around in past episodes but never actually had sex until carrie blasted him. Carrie had sex at least 3 times on past episodes.
They've both slept with multiple people, "for the job" but I think she's only been with the black dude as far as "for her pleasure", and not even since the series has begun. Am I wrong? He's been with both his former girlfriend and the other russian spy lady. So I'm thinking he's one-upped her on the cheating. Though I think her problem with the latest one is that he did it after they've supposedly agreed to try and make their marriage real. I agree that the flip flop literally every episode is a bit much. Great show though.
I think the other problem with her argument about the "cheating" on his part is that she was already doing it for years with the black dude. How can you be mad at someone that's basically carrying out his responsibility to make a job work while you're whoring around with some head of the dope dealer guy. She's pretty ignorant for that stuff.

No posts about last night's episode? Pretty good episode as usual this debut season. Music was on point as well- Roberta Flack! So bear with me a minute while I vent. DEREK *****ING LUKE. Derek Luke has to be one of the most underrated actors in the business(not just black but across all racial lines). It slays me when I see average to mediocre actors- and i'll speak on the black ones- like Anthony Mackie, getting choice roles while Derek Luke is still getting a few episode arcs on different shows. Derek Luke has been in some questionable movies but sometimes one needs a role to pay the bills. I just believe he brings it and I like to feel, when watching a movie or tv show, that I can't act better than the actor on the screen. When I watch Anthony Mackie(or anyone in Fast and Furious), I get angry. Wooosah! Spoiler Why'd they have to kill off Derek Luke's character? Alright back to the show. The ladies Nina- much has been said already Keri Russell- still so beautiful it's ridiculous. She ages so well. Just so fine Sandra/Beeman's wife- Looks like a prettier Tina Fey
