Whatever you think is the reason/excuse for Harden's Game 6 performance, are you done with Harden now? Do you expect the BBS to be done with him and look for the next great Rocket?

Seems like a knee-jerk reaction if yes.
I'm not giving up on Harden without all the facts.

Oops: hit enter before all the options - just vote on the given options i guess

That's why I asked it... seems like people don't know what they think at this point.

I think we should fire the walrus. Coo coo ca choo.

Defense matters and the walrus has a stat sheet that only considers offense, and tells us that steals/rebounds are weighted heavily enough to offset getting back doored like an open gym hero.

Not yet, but I have lowered my expectations on him. I expect to make the playoffs and win 50+ games and have a decent enough chance to make it to the second round. Anything else above that I don't see as a realistic goal anymore.

The way the team operates would have to drastically change because I don't see this one man system working anymore. MDA and Morey would also need to change their approach on mid range jumpers.

well i dont hate him, but he's done as a first option. too bad he and ryan are getting paid like a 1 and 2 when they're really 2 and 3.

good thing is there's only two years left, so a retooling phase wont take forever.

I still think he's a really good player but a true great that you rely on in the postseason as a leader and when your backs are against the wall nope. We've likey seen and witnessed his ceiling as far as individually

There's more dumbasses on here than I originally thought honestly. I can't wait till Harden leaves and we're stuck with the 14th pick for 3 years straight so people can realize how much Harden really does for this team.

Well it's only the first year with this great new system, but it's so pointless if everything around him is there to make him successful but he holds himself back

Ehh sports fans are greedy. If at the beginning of the year you'd have told the GARM we'd bow out in the 2nd round Gm 6 against the Spurs after a 55 win season I think we all would've taken that.

That being said, as fun a season as it was, there's no way we're winning anything with Harden and Co as this team. LBJ and Durant are having ridiculously efficient seasons and that's because they aren't carrying such a burden all the time. I'd love for Harden to be more efficient, have less turnovers and not play as many minutes.

I don't hate Harden. But I do now question a number of things about him that I didn't before and nothing is going to fix that except a championship. I also had certain beliefs about the Texans that were dispelled when they moved up in the draft to get a black quarterback. Now those beliefs are out the window.
